Design and model
This is the way that most pieces start. I find a unique stone somewhere in the world and bring it to life. Sometimes I work with sketches and sometimes I just start sculpting in wax. I use different types of wax to create most of the original pieces of art.The model is then cast in the desired metal and finished into a piece of wearable art. This show piece was ready just in time for the annual Mystic Outdoor Art Festival.
